Product Installation Instructions
Preparation before Installation
Make sure the engine is cool to avoid high temperature causing deformation of components.
Check the status of the Timing Chain to ensure there is no damage or excessive wear.
Installation Steps
Connect one end of the Timing Chain to the Crankshaft Sprocket and ensure that the Timing Mark is aligned.
Install the Camshaft Sprocket onto the Camshaft, making sure the Timing Mark is aligned with the Timing Mark of the Crankshaft Sprocket.
Use the special tool to fix the Camshaft Sprocket to ensure a secure installation.
Installation precautions
During the installation process, be careful not to get your fingers stuck between the Camshaft Sprocket and the Timing Chain to avoid injury.
